Vice Ganda is one of the most sought-after comedians in the Philippine showbiz industry. Born as Jose Marie Viceral, the 42-year-old Kapamilya star has tickled the hearts of Filipinos throughout the years. He has starred in various blockbusters, and even performed in a sold-out solo concert twice!
But of course, the comedian's massive success can also be attributed to the supportive people around him. Aside from his family, friends, and colleagues, Vice Ganda also owed a lot to his personal assistants. The comedian has a lot of housemaids, but he is more particularly close with Jacquelyn Guerrero and Lalaine Freo.
Both Lalaine and Jacquelyn started working for Vice way back in 2012. At first, they planned on staying for only a year. However, Vice talked them into staying because he has grown the trust and love the two. Because of this, Lalaine and Jacquelyn stayed, who are soon dubbed as "Vice Angels."
To give back for their support and sacrifices, the 42-year-old comedian also takes good care of his personal assistants. Aside from good benefits and a high salary, Vice treats them like his own family. To show his appreciate and gratitude, Vice Ganda even offered to send them to school!
Not all employers are willing to shoulder the education expenses of their employee. Luckily for Jacquelyn and Lalaine, their boss wants to see them become successful by achieving their college degree. Finally, in May 2018, the two Vice Angels were finally able to finish college.
Wanting them to have a memorable graduation ball, Vice surprised them with the ultimate makeover! He even bought them their pink gowns to make sure that they will look their best during this special day.
