That’s where you’re wrong. This handsome young man, would you believe, is a priest?
He is currently a priest at Penaplata, Samal Island. Two months ago, Rev Jar-R underwent the Ordination to the Diaconate and was ordained as a Deacon. Before his diocesan seminary schooling, he was a Knight of the Altar at the Holy Family OCD Novitiate House, Tugbok, Davao City.
Countless women’s hearts broke when they found out that this good looking man is actually a priest. I mean just look at him, would you think that if you look at him for the first time?
It’s admirable that Jar-R knows how to prioritize his calling and stay true to it. Nowadays, a few men chooses to join the seminary, the primary reason for this is that they don’t want to live a chaste and celibate life.
For some, it is still important to be able to have a girlfriend and eventually start a family. But for the select few who heeded the call of the Lord, they are those who stick true to their promise and stay in the seminary and continue until they become priests.
So the next time you see this hottie around, don’t gawk, pay your respects instead.
