Kids are a blessing from God. They deserve to be loved and be properly taken care of. While some wishes to have kids, some are out there trying to get rid of theirs. An instance is a mother who allegedly abandons her kids at a Mang Inasal branch in People’s Park, Valenzuela City.
According to the kids apprehended by the restaurant staff and passersby, their mom left around 5 hours ago after telling them that she’ll just buy an umbrella not realizing that they were being abandoned.
The two grew hungry after long hours of waiting, thus kid’s cries were heard around the area. A netizen, Myleen DelosReyes De Villar posted the concern in Facebook. The older kid shared that they were from Tondo and been outside the Mang Inasal at 6 am.
Their mother told them to just wait outside, even gave them a chair to sit comfortably. The restaurant staff and some concern citizens initiate to give them food to eat to ease hunger. De Villar is concerned for the safety of the kids. She brought the matter to social media in case one might help the kids to find their mom.
Hoping For The Best
The kids badly wanted to go back to Tondo but are clueless as to how to get there. They are hoping that their mother will soon get them. Meanwhile, netizens firmly believe that the mother intentionally abandoned the kids. However, hoping for the best, netizens prays that the abandoned kids soon reunite with their mother. If not, at least find their way home with the help of good samaritans.
Parenting is a big responsibility one might possess. Hardships and struggles are just around the corner. However, let it be not the reason to abandon kids but be the very reason why one needs to stay strong amid obstacles in life.
